Our story
We’ve already seen up close and personal the power of making payments from salary - that’s why we’re building Ontime.
But up until now this amazing way of paying has been hidden away in a corner of the UK - used for childcare vouchers, cycle to work and employee loans.
With Ontime we’re taking pay-by-salary mainstream. We’re making it available to the millions of people who need it for all their regular bills.

Our founders
Miles, our dreamer & captain (CEO)
Miles previously led Product at Salary Finance. When he’s not working on Ontime, he can be found chasing his young children while pretending to be a tiger. 🐯
Tim, our master operator (COO)
Tim was the founding COO at Salary Finance and has 20 years of Financial Services experience. Outside of work Tim is found cycling up mountain passes or building woodwork projects with the help of his children. 🚴🏻♂️
