Fees and interest
We don't charge fees if you are using Ontime to make your payments to a provider.
There's one situation where we may charge a fee. When you've cease to make to your provider via Ontime, maybe because you have paid all amounts due or changed providers, your pay will still pass through your Ontime account. At this point, we'll ask you to get your wages paid into your regular bank account. If, after three months, your wages are still passing into your current account, we may charge you a £1 fee per wage payment.
No, you do not earn interest on your Ontime balance. As an e-money account, the law doesn't allow Modulr, the E-Money Issuer, to pay interest on the funds in your Ontime account.
